I received my order, but there was a problem with the item I purchased. How do I return my purchase?

Shipping & Delivery

How do I know my shipping cost?

Shipping fee for each shipment will be charged, and will be displayed as a line item under your subtotal during the checkout process. Any surcharges and tax will appear as separate line items.


            Where can I find my order ID?

Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email from us which will have your order ID on it. Please keep this for any further corresponding with us. Alternatively, you can refer to your Order History upon signing into your member account


How do I track my order?
You may track all orders by following these steps:
1. Click on "Order Status" at the to of the page.
2. Enter your Tenryu Login name and the password that you had created during signup for your Tenryu member account.

3. Click on “Orders History” at the top. You'll see a complete history of your purchases. Click on any of the order tracking number to view the details of that particular order.

Stock Availability / Sold Out / Restock

How do I know about the product availability?
Out of stock item will display a label of "SOLD OUT".

How do I request for restock on a sold out item?
You can subscribe to "Notify Me When Back In Stock" by clicking the button shown in Product Detail page,
After restock, subscribers will receive notification email from us.

How do I register as a member?
Please click on “Login”, which is located on the top of the page of our website. You will be directed to a page that states that  “Sign in to your account”. You will find “Register” button on the right hand side of the table. Click on the “Register” button and fill in your details before clicking 'Submit'.
Registration is then completed and you should receive a confirmation e-mail from us.

How do I update my details on my account?
Please click on “Login”, which is located on the top of the page of our website. After you sign in, you will find “Profile” at the top right hand side of the page. Click on “Profile”, it will bring you to your account information. Then, click on ‘Edit’ at the bottom of the profile avatar for showing more information. You can then update your details as needed, and finally, click the ‘Submit’ button to ensure your details have been saved.
